Jonathan Katz is the co-founder and President of Liberty Credit Card Solutions. He graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in psychology and has a Masters and Doctorate in Psychology from the New School for Social Research. After graduating Jonathan was recruited by Morgan Stanley where he worked in the Private Equity and Middle Markets groups. In 2003 he left to form Liberty Credit Card Solutions. Jonathan has a hands-on approach to client services: he oversees the consulting process with merchants, fraud/risk, PCI (Payment Card Industry) compliance, and many of the day to day operations. He is happily married, makes his own ice cream, plays bridge and chess, loves animals, and enjoys the energy of New York City.
 

Theodore Cohen is the co-founder and Vice President of Liberty Credit Card Solutions. He graduated with a BBA in Accounting from City College of New York and has a MBA in Accounting from Pace University. He has a decade of experience in Public Accounting for various CPA firms in the New York City area as well as 15 years’ experience as Controller in the Black Car and Limousine business. Theodore spends much of his time making sure that Liberty's clients get accurate reporting and Liberty's partners get precise residuals. In his free time Theodore enjoys playing golf and spending time with his friends and family. He also is an avid fan of three New York sports franchises who have not won any championships in nearly four decades - the Jets, the Mets, and the Knicks.
